Valuation
Our valuation is given on the basis that the vehicle has been described accurately. If upon inspection, the vehicle does not match the description given by the seller, the valuation may change. All valuations will be subject to the vehicle being checked against the HPI register. If the HPI register reveals any outstanding finance, mileage discrepancies, or insurance losses of any category whatsoever or reveals any information given by the seller to be untrue, the valuation will become invalid.If iwillbuyyourcar.co.uk have provided you with a valuation and made arrangements to purchase your vehicle, we reserve the right at any time to refuse to make the purchase. If the vehicle has been incorrectly described we are likely to do so.

Documentation
The seller must be named as the registered keeper in the V5 document. On the day of collection the seller must hand over the V5 document, all MOT certificates, service history records, manuals, keys and any further documentation relating to the vehicle. When our representative collects your vehicle, identification and proof that the address of collection is the seller’s residential address or place of work will be required.

Payment
iwillbuyyourcar.co.uk make payment via Barclays bank transfer. Upon request, we may make payment using other methods, however this is completely at our discretion and we may refuse to do so at any time.

Vehicles with Outstanding Finance
iwillbuyyourcar.co.uk will not purchase your vehicle if it is subject to any undisclosed outstanding finance. If the vehicle is subject to outstanding finance, this must be stated in the description.

Seller’s Undertakings
The seller undertakes that:
They are the legal owner and registered keeper of the vehicle and have been for at least 3 months.
The description of the vehicle provided by the seller is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge.
The address provided by the seller in the online valuation form is the same as the registered keeper address in the V5 document. (Unless other arrangements have been made between the seller and iwillbuyyourcar.co.uk).
The vehicle is not subject to any undisclosed outstanding finance, mileage discrepancies, insurance losses of any category, has not been stolen or stolen and recovered. The vehicle is not listed with any of these descriptions on the HPI register.
To the best of their knowledge, the mileage reading on the car is entirely true and accurate.
Upon collection they will provide iwillbuyyourcar.co.uk with all relevant documentation relating to the vehicle that they have in their position.
Upon collection they will supply a copy of their driving licence or passport and a recent utility bill as proof of identity and address.
To the best of their knowledge the vehicle has no defects, other than those that have been described to iwillbuyyourcar.co.uk
